Controller and scope
This notice covers visits to Mert Ruscuklu’s portfolio website, email enquiries and optional videos. The data controller is BİR NEVİ MEDYA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. Postal address: Yalı Mah. Mithatpaşa Cad. The website has no membership system, online payments or form that sends messages. Email links open your email application; a message is sent only when you send it.
Information, collection methods and purposes
When you access the website, technical request information, including your IP address, requested page or file, time and browser information, reaches the hosting and security infrastructure electronically. Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure deliver the pages, provide connectivity and help prevent abuse. The website code contains no visitor analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting tools.
If you send an email, the name, email address, message and attachments you provide are used to answer your enquiry, consider a project or quotation request and manage the related correspondence. The recipient mailbox uses Google services. You can limit your message to information relevant to your request.
YouTube videos do not load without permission. Allowing a video connects to Google/YouTube, which may process IP, device/browser and playback information. Permission is optional and is not required to browse or contact us. Your preference remains valid in this browser for 30 days; see the Cookie policy.
Legal grounds
Technical delivery, security and answering general enquiries are assessed on the basis of legitimate interests, subject to your fundamental rights and freedoms (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(f)). Processing necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you relies on Article 5(2)(c); legal obligations on Article 5(2)(ç); and establishing, exercising or protecting rights on Article 5(2)(e). Optional video loading depends on a separate permission choice. Reading this notice does not give marketing permission.
Recipients, overseas processing and retention
Technical information may be shared with hosting and security providers; emails with email service providers; and optional video information with Google/YouTube, for the relevant service. Information may also be shared with competent public authorities or courts where legally required. These services’ infrastructure may process data outside Türkiye.
International transfers are subject to Article 9 of Law No. 6698. A video preference or this notice does not itself establish a transfer safeguard. You may contact the controller for information about provider contracts and transfer arrangements.
Correspondence is retained in relation to resolving your request, any contractual relationship, statutory retention duties and periods for exercising legal rights. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the processing conditions cease. Infrastructure and email retention may vary with service terms and configuration. The browser video preference is valid for 30 days.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11, you may ask whether and why your data is processed, request information about it and its recipients, seek correction and, where the conditions apply, erasure or destruction and notification of those actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Other legally recognised methods remain available. Include information needed to assess your identity and request. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days.
